Standard Delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and generally arrive in 3-7 Business days. For faster delivery, we offer UPS 3-Day Select.

Orders received Monday through Thursday by 5:00 PM (EST), are shipped within 1-2 Business days depending on in-stock merchandise.

We do not share any information about our customers with anyone for any reason. Any information is used strictly for our business purpose which is to provide you, the customer, with merchandise you ordered. You may on occasion receive an email from us regarding a sale..

Returns & Replacements

Dade Towels usually does not accept returns for anything other than defective product. We will accept returns within 14 days for any manufacturing defect at no cost to our customer. No returns after 14 days. Items must not have been used. A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning items. Any order accepted for return is subject to and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In the case of an exchange the customer will pay freight.

We accept most major credit cards and paypal as payment. Promotional pricing is applied to items at the time of check out by way of special coupon codes.
